For many couples, the transition to parenthood can be a bumpy road, at times leading to increased conflict and an overall decrease in relationship satisfaction. I offer couples counselling, providing a space where couples are supported to develop skills and strategies to improve communication, conflict resolution, and appreciation of one another with the overall goal of improving the quality of their relationship.
